Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate control systems in the Loading & Storage areas of the facility.
• Monitor plant parameters and identify opportunities for correction and improvement.
• Gather samples and perform product tests to ensure quality.
• Initiate daily inspections via automated forms in Go Canvas and walk down critical equipment.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with safe production, storage, and transfer of fertilizer products.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Use systems to collect and interpret data for daily operations.
• Interact with trucking customers and the railroad to optimize loading resources.
• Support maintenance activities and align with business needs.
