Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to supervise the unloading and loading of customer route trucks in the Rental Division. The role focuses on maintaining productivity, meeting department goals and upholding quality standards.

Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders to ensure routes are ready by end of shift. This is a 2nd shift, full-time position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment.
