Job summary

ConGlobal is hiring a Car Loader/Unloader in Richmond, CA to support terminal operations. You will drive vehicles onto and off railcars, park them for processing, and assist with inventory checks while sustaining a high level of safety and accuracy.

You’ll work outdoors, 5 days a week with early start times, and must hold a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay, benefits, paid training, and long-term growth await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background, physical, and drug screening.

Starting Pay: $24.04/hour

Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire

Schedule: start time 5:00AM or 6:00AM, 5 days a week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required.

About the Role

As a Car Loader/Unloader, you play a vital role in the movement of vehicles within our terminal operations. You'll be responsible for safely driving vehicles on and off railcars, then properly parking them in designated lots for inventory checks and quality control. Your attention to detail and safety ensures efficient operations and protects valuable cargo.
