Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is hiring a Loader/Unloader for the Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team in Mulberry, GA. This front‑line role involves operating machinery, packaging final products, and contributing to quality and safety during production.

The position is 2nd shift, 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM/PM, with weekends/overtime as needed. Pay starts at $25.75 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential when applicable; a hiring bonus may apply.

Loader/Unloader

Pay: $25.75 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour (if applicable)

Shift & Working Hours: 2nd Shift; 2:00 AM/ PM to 10:30 AM/ PM ; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Key Responsibilities

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others

Required Experience and Skills

• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
