Job summary

ConGlobal Industries LLC in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Car Loader/Unloader to move vehicles within our terminal operations. You will drive vehicles onto and off railcars and park them for inventory checks and quality control, ensuring safe and efficient handling of cargo.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work outdoors in various weather, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Friday through Sunday shifts are mandatory, with a 7:00 AM start.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs overhead.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs on railcars.
• Manual transmission experience preferred but not required.
• Open availability—must work 5 days/week, including Fri/Sat/Sun.
• Must pass pre-employment background verification and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off railcars safely.

• Conduct basic inspections to identify damage or quality issues.
• Coordinate with team and supervisors for timely vehicle movement.

Schedule: 7:00AM start time. 5 days a week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required.

About the Role

As a Car Loader/Unloader, you play a vital role in the movement of vehicles within our terminal operations. You'll be responsible for safely driving vehicles on and off railcars, then properly parking them in designated lots for inventory checks and quality control. Your attention to detail and safety ensures efficient operations and protects valuable cargo.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles onto and off of railcars safely and efficiently.

• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely vehicle movement.
