Qualifications

• Must be able to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers safely and promptly.
• Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets, pick tickets, or manifests.
• Secure loads with straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean, organized loading area to ensure a safe workspace.
• Assist with staging, sorting, and scanning of products prior to loading.
