Job summary

M&T Enterprises in Utah is seeking a full-time Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate operates a loader, has backfill experience, and understands pipe installation for underground utilities.

You will work with the foreman and crew to keep projects on schedule, maintain a safe site per OSHA standards, and help maintain a clean, productive work area. Excellent benefits are provided. Must pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with heavy equipment.
• Understand trenching and pipe installation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to work with the foreman and other crew members effectively.
• Dependable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate a loader to dig, load materials into the trenches, help with roads, and other tasks.
• Ensure that the job site is safe and OSHA-compliant.
• Maintain a clean work area and help to keep tasks running on time.
