Job description

Job Summary:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Loading the Ready Mix plant with aggregates to meet daily demands.
2. Managing plant and ground maintenance.
3. Overseeing ecology block operations.
4. Managing placement and disposal of carry-back concrete.
5. Assisting the plant supervisor with environmental challenges.
6. Ordering inbound aggregates based on demand or project needs.
7. Operating a ready-mix concrete truck and facilitating deliveries, especially during slow production days.
8. Ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors.
9. Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Possession of a valid commercial driver's license, medical card, and a clean driving record.
2. Class B license preferred; Class A license is a plus.
3. Experience in Ready Mix delivery and load operation skills.
4. Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical/functional exam, and drug screening.
5. Flexibility to work shifts that may include weekends and overtime.
6. Professional and courteous attitude towards team members and customers.
