The team maintains safety and accessibility of local commercial properties during winter months. Compensation is $37.00 per hour for the season, with an end-of-season bonus of $10.00 per hour for every hour worked if you stay

Interactive Maintenance Services (IMS), in partnership with CAM Partners, is a fast-growing company with 6 locations throughout New England. We are currently seeking dedicated, experienced Loader Operators for part-time, seasonal snow plowing during or after a snow event. One year of experience plowing snow with a loader is required. Our team is responsible for maintaining the safety and accessibility of local commercial properties during the winter months.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader equipment to plow/remove snow from commercial properties
• Ensure the safety and accessibility of properties during winter weather conditions
• Be available for on-call shifts during daytime hours and/or overnight hours

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of plowing experience with a loader is required
• Must have a Valid Driver's License

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is $37.00 per hour during the season, with an end-of-season bonus of $10.00 per hour for every hour worked if you continue to be available throughout the season. There is a 3-hour minimum paid for each shift.
