Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate the Loader and other heavy equipment. This role involves handling loaders with front-mounted buckets to move aggregate, feed hoppers, and stock piles; perform daily maintenance and safety checks; and follow supervisor directions in a noisy outdoor plant environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Class C Driver License, and preferably 2 years of Loader operation experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to read, speak and write English.
• Must possess Class C Driver License.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a Loader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Loader and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Follow directions from supervisors regarding work area and tasks.
• Operate Loader controls to move, tilt, and dump material.
• Attend safety meetings and inspections as required.
• Train new employees in safe Loader operation.
• Other duties with heavy equipment as needed.
