Responsibilities include operating loaders and other heavy equipment, loading materials, and performing routine maintenance. The role requires strict adherence to OSHA/MSHA standards and a team-focused attitude in a remote, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver license with clean record (no DUIs) and limited moving violations/accidents
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work around heavy equipment
• Pass pre-employment drug test (zero tolerance)
• Pass ATF background screening; felony-free
• Team player, able to take direction and follow schedules
• Capable of heavy lifting and adapting to remote, loud, or varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate various equipment: front-end loaders, skid steers, excavators, haul trucks
• Load and move dirt, rock, gravel, or blasted materials
• Grease, inspect, maintain equipment and perform minor repairs
• Avoid hazards and obstructions; coordinate with other workers
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards
• Adhere to OSHA and MSHA safety policies and company safety protocols
• Willingness to perform a variety of duties as assigned
