Job summary

Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator for our Gascoyne, ND location. You will operate heavy equipment to mix and move products, perform daily checks, and assist with loading rail cars while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

This role requires a safety-minded individual who can follow 5S principles, work 8-12 hour shifts, and cooperate with teams to meet production goals. High school diploma or GED is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety conscious and able to follow 5S standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment.
• Complete daily checks on equipment.
• Mix and Move product.
• Load rail cars and keep yard clean.
• Work 8-12 hour shifts, five days a week.
