Job summary

The Olen Corporation, in partnership with Area Aggregates, seeks an operator to safely operate a range of heavy equipment at our Ohio locations. The role requires adherence to procedures and a strong safety mindset to support high-volume production.

Key duties include operating excavators, loaders, rollers, and related machinery, with guidance from the Foreman and crew, ensuring efficient, safe project execution on busy sites.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of operating procedures for multiple types of equipment.
• Ability to operate the assigned machine safely and follow crew directions.
• Competent inspection of equipment prior to use.

Responsibilities

• Operate track excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Perform routine duties as directed by Foreman.
