Job summary

M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time Loader Operator in Lehi, Utah to operate a loader, perform backfill, and assist with underground pipe installation. You will work with the foreman and crew to complete tasks safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized job site while meeting project timelines.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and a dependable, detail-oriented work ethic. Background and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with heavy equipment.
• Understand trenching and pipe installation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to work with the foreman and other crew members.
• Dependable and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate a loader to dig, load materials into trenches, assist with roads, and other tasks.
• Ensure the job site is safe and OSHA-compliant.
• Maintain a clean work area and help keep tasks on schedule.
