Job summary

Sundt Enterprise is seeking Skip Loader Operators in the United States (Arizona area) with 3+ years of experience in industrial/construction equipment operation. The role requires willingness to work overtime, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and can include up to 60+ hours per week.

Project duration is expected to about 1 year. Preference will be given to candidates with mining experience and related heavy equipment backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three years (level I), four years (level II), five years (level III) and six plus years' experience in industrial/construction equipment operation.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specs, safety and quality standards and use related trade tools.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment (skip loaders, backhoes, dozers, loaders, graders, trucks) and perform pre-shift checks.
• Maintain positive relationships with crew and ensure high-quality, safe work.
• Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, equipment and information are available.
• Look for improvements in methods and be willing to learn from others.
• Share knowledge and mentor others when possible.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
