Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a skilled Foreman to supervise field crews on our Texas construction projects. The role operates rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler tractors with attached buckets to move materials, load stockpiles, and support efficient site operations.

Applicants should have at least three years of construction experience, be able to work outdoors in all weather, and demonstrate leadership and safety awareness on every task.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Three+ years of related construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers to operate machines.
• Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate loading of dirt and materials.
• Take actions to avoid hazards and obstructions such as utilities and other workers.
• May oil, grease, or service the machine.
• Make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and report unsafe activities.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to meet department goals.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
