Ferrovial, a global leader in infrastructure with Webber as a Texas-based subsidiary, is seeking a heavy equipment operator. You will operate rubber-tired, skid-steer or crawler tractors with buckets to load materials from stockpiles and assist in job sites across Texas.

The role requires safety awareness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. You will follow project directions, maintain equipment, and support team tasks while contributing to project efficiency and on-site safety.

Formación

• Operate rubber-tired, skid steer, or crawler type tractors with an attached scoop bucket
• Load materials from stockpiles, excavation sites, and trucks
• Follow safety policies and procedures on job sites

Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery to load materials from stockpiles and assist with site tasks
• Signal and coordinate with truck drivers to optimize material handling
• Maintain equipment and comply with safety requirements on all shifts
