Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy construction equipment (backhoes, pavers, dozers, tractors, graders) safely.
• Performs basic maintenance: cleaning, greasing and oiling machines.
• Discusses plans with field manager and reviews plans to complete work safely and on time.
• Judges most efficient operation of equipment and attachments.
• Complies with company policies and safety standards.
