Job summary

Geneva Rock Products, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator/Loader Operator to safely operate loader and related heavy equipment at our Downtown SLC site. You will follow Foreman direction, perform inspections, and load materials as part of a busy operation.

Preferred 1–2 years loader experience; must maintain safety standards, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with team. Excellent benefits, overtime opportunities, and a stable, family-owned company environment offered.

Qualifications

• Loader operation experience preferred (1–2 years).
• Must be safety-focused and attentive to instructions.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Good communication skills to receive and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and operate equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
• Feed hoppers, crushing plants, portable plants, stockpile and load trucks efficiently.
• Assist with plant maintenance and operation.
