Job summary

Dolese Bros. Co is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the batch plant. You will operate a front end loader, bobcat, and backhoe, assist with startup/shutdown, and ensure safe, efficient plant operations.

The role requires heavy labor, overtime, and flexibility to work at other locations as needed; strong safety and driving records are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating front-end loader, backhoe and bobcat.
• Excellent verbal, written and comprehension communication skills.
• Ability to perform heavy labor.
• Ability to work overtime, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to work at other locations as needed.
• Good safety and driving records.
• Ability to work near or on heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate front end loader, bobcat, and backhoe when needed.
• Assist with batch plant startup and shutdown.
• Perform routine maintenance to assure batch plant runs efficiently.
• Document plant inspections.
• Perform weekly bag house checks and maintenance.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Assist drivers and obtain supplies/parts.
• Perform lawn maintenance.
• Regular attendance at the worksite.
• Other duties as needed.
