Ipm Foods in Janesville, WI, is seeking a Loader Operator (BBL Associate) to control the loader machine and ensure pouches or containers are properly loaded into retort carts for processing. Reports to Production Supervisor. Work in a food manufacturing environment with GMP and safety requirements.

The role emphasizes machine operation, rack alignment, and maintaining a smooth loading cycle, with attention to product flow, documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.

Competenze

• Experience operating production line or packaging equipment in a food manufacturing environment preferred (on-the-job training provided).
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, operating instructions, and directives accurately.
• Strong attention to detail; monitor equipment and product flow; identify issues quickly.
• Basic mechanical awareness to recognize malfunctions and clear jams.
• Ability to work at a pace that supports continuous production line flow.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; flexibility to work overtime as production needs require.

Mansioni

• Start up and set up the loader machine at the beginning of each shift.
• Load and position racks for product loading.
• Monitor the loader and production line feeding it; clear obstructions.
• Replace full racks and keep loading operations running smoothly.
• Clean and inspect the loader area at the end of the shift.
• Complete production documentation and follow GMP, food safety, and safety procedures.
