Job summary

D.H. Griffin Wrecking Co., Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Loader Operator to join our demolition and crushing division. You will load customer trucks, stockpile materials, and move raw materials through the processing yard while operating heavy equipment on site.

Candidates should have loader experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, work well in teams, and pass background checks and drug screening. We offer safety training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Loader experience required (5–10 years preferred).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and perform manual labor.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Load customer trucks with material.
• Stockpile finished material and move raw materials to be processed.
• Operate and maintain heavy equipment (972 series rubber tire loaders).
• Travel may be required; follow site supervisor directions.
