Job summary

Arcosa Crushed Concrete is seeking a field-operating role at our Texas site. You will safely operate a rubber tire loader, feed the plant, load trucks, and maintain stockpiles while keeping the yard and roadways clean.

This position requires adherence to safety protocols and regular communication with the field supervisor. Candidates should have some experience with heavy equipment and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Some experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 100 lbs. (as per job duties)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate rubber tire loader with compliance to safety procedures
• Feed plant, load trucks, stockpile materials, push up stockpiles, and maintain yard/roadway cleanliness
• Communicate regularly with field supervisor regarding tasks and instructions
• Use hand tools for daily maintenance and minor repairs of equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil/filters changes and report deficiencies
• Keep an updated written log of equipment-related issues
• Maintain site housekeeping and proper tool/equipment storage
• Perform other duties as assigned
