Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking Production Workers to support crushing, batching, and material handling operations in Oklahoma. You will operate rubber-tired or crawler tractors with safety as a priority and load trucks as needed.

Experience in construction or related field is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather, strict adherence to OSHA/MSHA regulations, and teamwork to meet daily project tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber-tired or crawler tractors equipped with front-end scoop buckets safely and efficiently.
• Excavate and load materials from pit sites, stockpiles, and batch plants; load trucks as needed.
• Maintain a vigilant approach to workplace safety for yourself and your team.
• Lift materials weighing up to 50–100 pounds unassisted when required.
• Communicate clearly with co-workers, using hand signals and maintaining eye contact.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and all OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe work practices.
• Follow direction from the Foreman regarding daily tasks and project expectations.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor servicing; escalate major issues to the Foreman.
• Complete daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections, documenting findings according to company guidelines.
• Assist in training less experienced team members on equipment operation, service, and repair.
• Perform general labor duties as required to support site operations.

Key Responsibilities
