Job Responsibilities

1. Operate front-end loaders or forklifts to move and load vehicles.
2. Maintain documentation of vehicle movements around the facility.
3. Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections and document the condition of assigned equipment.
4. Ensure a safe work environment by following company safety guidelines.
5. Assist in maintaining equipment and vehicles.
6. Record vehicle information accurately using digital devices.
7. Set up the yard for auctions according to timelines.
8. Provide customer service as needed.
9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
10. Follow yard safety guidelines, including speed limits.
11. Load and unload vehicles as required.
12. Complete training and safety requirements successfully.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills & Experience

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. At least two years of outdoor work experience.
3. One year of loader or forklift experience; certification preferred.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Positive attitude and high integrity.
6. Ability to operate heavy equipment.
7. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong attention to detail.
9. Occasional overtime as needed.
10. Bilingual skills are a plus.
