Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Loader Operator in Naples, FL to operate heavy equipment and help keep our concrete plants running smoothly.

You will work with a crew to load materials, inspect equipment, and follow safety rules, while maintaining a clean, organized work area and supporting inventory management. Training is provided for those willing to learn and work hard.

Qualifications

• Experience running loaders or big machines is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work hard; training provided.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Safety-conscious and proactive about reporting issues.
• Ability to check equipment and perform basic fixes.
• Team-oriented, communicative, and reliable.
• Physically able to work in various weather conditions.
• HS diploma helpful but not required; pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep materials flowing.
• Work with crew to keep operations on schedule.
• Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report issues.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Keep work area clean and organized for safety.
• Assist with inventory checks and materials counting.
• Support plant leaders and teammates as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of powerful front‑end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant—keeping our concrete flowing and our operations moving.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors so our team always has the materials they need.
• Work side‑by‑side with your crew and production team to keep things running on schedule.
• Check your equipment before and after each shift, and let the team know if something needs fixing—your safety and theirs comes first.
• Follow all safety rules, wear your gear, and help keep the plant a safe place for everyone.
• Pitch in to keep your work area clean and organized—because a tidy site is a safer site.
• Help count inventory and make sure we never run low on the materials that keep us going.
• Share your ideas with plant leaders and help us get better every day.
• Be ready to lend a hand wherever you're needed—whether it's helping a teammate or jumping in on a tough job.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience running loaders or other big machines is great, but if you're willing to learn and work hard, we'll train you.
• Valid Driver's License.
