Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Moorefield, WV is seeking a Loader Operator to drive a truck with a loader, move cages, and load full cages onto the truck. CDL is required for this role, with 1–2 years of experience and the ability to read simple instructions and perform basic arithmetic.

The Loader Operator will support the crew, perform pre/post trip inspections, and assist with safety and operational duties as needed. The position involves shifts with weekends and offers benefits after 60 days, plus

Qualifications

• Class A Commercial Driver’s license.
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide.

Responsibilities

• Pre and post-trip on trucks and loaders.
• Must run GPS system in trucks properly.
• Ensure safety.
• Catcher birds if needed.
• Back-Up to crew foreman.
• Help other loader operators or drivers as needed.
• Report any damage to farms or equipment.
• Report any catcher misconduct.
• Other duties as assigned.
