Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Moses Lake, Washington seeks a Loader/Garden Center associate to assist customers, load vehicles, stock shelves, and support order fulfillment.

You will help customers locate items, respond to questions, and maintain safe, organized work areas in a fast-paced home improvement setting. In this role you’ll operate store equipment, participate in safety practices, and collaborate with the Pro and Garden Center teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Communicate stock and product information to customers and employees clearly.
