Pay: $20.80
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Job Type: Full-Time Temp to Perm

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates - Loader/Unloaders to join a fast-paced distribution team. This role is responsible for unloading incoming materials, loading customer orders onto delivery trucks, and ensuring products are prepared accurately and efficiently for shipment. Successful candidates will thrive in a team-oriented environment and be committed to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Load clean products and customer orders onto delivery trucks based on assigned routes.
• Unload incoming materials and products from trucks safely and efficiently.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure operational goals are met.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, production, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Comfortable working around others for extended periods.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and varying warehouse conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, squatting, and lifting.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly.
