Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a reliable Loader to join our team in Conroe, TX. This role loads and unloads merchandise, verifies counts, inspects items for damage, and prepares shipments in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed, follow safety guidelines, and keep the loading area clean and organized. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of loading techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in warehouse or loading operations preferred (0–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload merchandise from trailers, trucks, or pallets.
• Verify product counts and inspect items for damage before loading.
• Secure loads using straps, shrink wrap, or other safety measures.
• Operate pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
