LOADING POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift 75lbs independently
• This dynamic role requires hands-on, physical experience.
• Reliable transportation, ideally your own vehicle.
• Capable of working in both hot and cold conditions, depending on the weather.
• Able to work independently and/or with a team
• Able to follow instructions
• Communicate clearly
• Priority for efficiency and safety
• Crane/forklift certification, as needed (not the primary loading method).
• In good physical condition and capable of standing for long periods while meeting the lifting requirements.
