Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate to operate pallet jacking equipment and move pallets within our facility in Illinois. The role begins with a 4–5 week training program and converts to a pay-per-box component after training, with uncapped earning potential.

Schedule includes Sunday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and Monday–Thursday 11:30 AM–8:00 PM. Applicants must meet lifting, safety, and temperature requirements and be able to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language.
• Temperature tolerance from -20°F/-25°C to 100°F/37°C in different storage sites.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets to scheduled doors to ship.
• Move pallets from inbound dock to storage locations.
• Find products requested in work orders.
• Inspect pallets for damages and report to supervisor.
• Ensure pallets are wrapped before transit.

Job description

Pay $20/hr for a 4-5 week Training Program After Training Convert to Component Pay / $0.03 Cents per Box Selected Uncapped Potential Earnings!!

Schedule Sunday 7:30AM to 4:00PM and Mon- Thursday 11:30AM to 8:00PM

Operate pallet jack equipment to move pallets and product from one place to another while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use pallet jack equipment to move the pallet to the scheduled door to ship
• Move pallets from the inbound dock door to locations inside the warehouse to be put away
• Find products requested in work orders
• Change over pallets for picking, visually review items for damages or flaws; document and report damages to lead/supervisor
• Confirm all pallets being hauled into the warehouse or dock doors are wrapped to the top

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine, based on location
• Invert pallets using a pallet inverter, based on location
• May work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$15.48 - $26.11
