Position Overview

As a Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers.

Job Description

• Load full pallets of merchandise into trailers and ensure damage is avoided.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Inspect trailer for damage before loading.
• Utilize RF handhelds and/or voice to verify loading of pallets.
• Wrap pallet and stretch wrap.
• Operate battery changing hoist.
• Keep work area clean.
• Complete inspection forms on equipment operated.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Work Environment

• Travel Required: No
• Warehouse : Freezer (-20F to 0F)
• Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
• Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)

Skills

Specialized Knowledge: Certified forklift and pallet jack operator.

Special Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Physical Abilities
