Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division by ensuring productivity, department goals and quality standards are met in the loading and unloading of customer route trucks. The Lead coordinates the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participates in activities to ensure all trucks are loaded by shift end.

Qualifications include work authorization in the US, age 18+, a valid driver's license, and ability to use a computer/console.

Cintas is seeking a Loader/Unloader Lead to support the Rental Division. The Loader/Unloader Lead is responsible for ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met in the unloading and loading of customer route trucks. Production Leads coordinate the work of Loaders/Unloaders and participate in these activities as needed to ensure all customer route trucks are loaded by the end of the shift.
