Pratt Industries in Fort Worth is hiring for a Load Former (General Labor) on 2nd shift. You will support machine operators, set up and run corrugated box production equipment, stack finished boxes, and monitor quality to report issues.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, and a willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled, loud environment. Opportunities for advancement exist.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Occasionally Saturdays and Overtime
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators in setting up and running corrugated box production equipment
- Stack finished boxes according to specifications
- Monitor product quality and report issues
- Complete accurate production reports
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the corrugated industry
- 6 months experience Manufacturing
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with loud noise levels
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
