Job summary

Pratt in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Load Former for the 3rd shift. This full-time role covers Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime.

You will assist machine operators in setting up and running corrugated box production equipment, stack finished boxes, monitor quality, and complete accurate production reports. Training and growth opportunities exist toward machine operator roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled, loud environment.
