We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking LNG Engineers for the Oak Creek Natural Gas Plant, Bluff Creek LNG, and Ixonia LNG locations in Wisconsin. These roles span a family with levels from Associate Engineer to Principal Engineer, with progression driven by experience.

The positions support safe, reliable LNG operations and may lead cross‑functional projects, corrosion inspections, environmental coordination, and long‑term asset planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Valid driver's license is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support Operators in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Support capital and maintenance project planning and execution.
• Apply current methods to monitor and evaluate system performance and equipment condition to develop plans that minimize life cycle costs while ensuring reliability, safety, performance and regulatory compliance.
• Has full technical and financial responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and scheduling engineering projects.
• Prepare specifications and review bids in support of engineering projects.
• Identify and implement improvements to existing programs, practices, and procedures through continuous process improvement techniques.
• Interact with other units, vendors, regulatory agencies and inspectors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and training in various work groups.
• Travel to different work locations as needed.
