Job summary

CommuCon is seeking motivated Licensed Nursing Assistants to join our growing team. You will deliver patient-centered care under supervision, support daily living activities, and assist with transfers and mobility in diverse healthcare settings.

The position requires an LNA certification, at least one year of LNA experience, CPR/BLS, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling and ongoing learning opportunities are offered to support professional development.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LNA certification.
• Minimum of one year of LNA experience, preferably in a healthcare facility.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or current.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Take and record vital signs under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and walking as directed.
• Document nutritional intake and assist with feeding.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the team.
• Set up equipment and assist with procedures as needed.
