Nashua Post Acute is seeking an Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our compassionate care team in Nashua, NH. This role supports residents across units with consistent schedules, delivering dignity, comfort, and independence in daily care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Reposition residents and assist with transfers to promote comfort and safety.
• Change linens and maintain clean, safe environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing team.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dignified care to residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies.
• Support health, safety, and personal care needs of residents.

Daily Pay!

$20 - $30 per hour (all-inclusive)

Enjoy a consistent full-time or part-time schedule while supporting residents across different units within our facility. Your scheduled days and hours stay the same, while your assigned unit varies based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Reposition residents and assist with transfers to promote comfort and prevent injury.
• Change linens and maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns to the nursing team.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and supportive care that promotes resident dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in ensuring all resident health, safety, and personal care needs are met.

Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):

• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of New Hampshire required.
• Ability to care for multiple residents while maintaining a high standard of quality and compassion.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
