Job summary

Elliot Health System’s Fuller Unit in Manchester, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to contribute to post-surgical and trauma care. This on-site role supports patients with daily living activities and personal care under RN direction.

You will assist with basic clinical tasks, maintain patient privacy, and follow infection control policies while providing compassionate care to adults. Full-time shift opportunities with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant License in the State of New Hampshire required.
• BLS authorization preferred or obtained within 90 days of date of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models Elliot Essentials behavior with patients, peers and health care team.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides age-appropriate patient care using basic knowledge of growth and development.
• Provides basic support to patients and families in response to psychosocial needs and cultural/religious preferences.
• Performs clinical tasks within the scope of LNA practice under RN direction.
• Reports observations, symptoms, and changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Documents in the medical record per policies and scope of practice.
• Follows infection prevention/universal precautions policies.
