Job summary

SolutionHealth's 4 East unit on the Southern NH Medical Center campus seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant to join the team for days and evenings. This busy cardiac telemetry unit cares for cardiovascular-focused patients and other medical conditions, with opportunities to assist in dialysis care as needed.

Eligible candidates will have completed an LNA program and NH licensure, basic medical terminology, and EMR experience is a plus. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time LNA positions.

Qualifications

• Completed LNA program & active licensure in NH.
• Basic medical terminology.
• EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• ADL's and patient care assistance
• Maintain a safe patient care environment
• Prepare and maintain patient records with appropriate data elements
• Collect and document basic patient care information as delegated
