Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Weekend Warrior LNA to provide direct care at the Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation on weekends, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to our residents.

In this role you will assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and daily living activities, keep accurate care records, and collaborate with nursing staff on individualized care plans within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
• LNA License in Vermont.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

About the Role:

In this part-time and full-time role, you will work weekends and provide direct care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Your expertise will help ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care, and you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient-centered care. As a Weekend Warrior LNA, you will:
