Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Tour Booking Coordinator to support the global touring booking team, with emphasis on Latin artist tours and Spanish language fluency.

You will assist with tour administration, calendar management, tour files, and reporting, while coordinating with artists, agents, managers and tour staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be fully fluent in Spanish.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Passionate about music and live experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute tour files with guidance.
  • Archive essential tour documents properly.
  • Use TM1 and other systems to gather ticketing data.
  • Liaise on site for industry and guest ticketing needs.
  • Support tour finance with reporting and payments.
  • Create and distribute reports to stakeholders.
  • Update event budgets with supervision.
  • Compile information for Tour Directors and Promoters.
  • Review artist contracts per guidelines.
  • Coordinate with artists/agents/managers and industry participants.

THE JOB

The Tour Booking Coordinator will support the global touring booking team which is responsible for booking and executing tours on a global scale.80% of the tours the team works on are with Latin artists, so we are looking for Spanish language and cultural fluency in candidates for this role.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
  • Assist in administration for tours of all sizes.
  • Gather and manage calendar avails and holds.
  • Organization of the Tour Routing file
  • Complete and distribute tour files like confirmations, contacts, and tech packs, with guidance
  • Manage tour files to ensure all essential documents are being properly archived.
  • Utilize TM1 and other systems to gather ticketing related data
  • Assist with industry and guest ticketing requests and serve as a liaison on site as needed.
  • Work with tour finance on various reporting and payment needs
  • Create reports as needed and distribute to pertinent internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain event budgets with supervision
  • Gather information and documents necessary for Tour Directors and Promoters to make decisions.
  • Review artist contracts per company guidelines.
  • Liaise with artists/agents/managers and related industry participants.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
  • Must be fully fluent in Spanish.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Passionate about music and live experiences
