AMN Healthcare is seeking an LMSW Social Worker in Anchorage, Alaska for a 13-week assignment. Start date is 11/9/2026 with a pay range of $1,600.00 to $2,300.00 per week.

The role involves clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to support patients and families during hospitalization. Qualifications include AK LMSW, MSW, BLS, and Epic/Midas experience, with 2 years of acute hospital social work experience and no more than 90 days between roles.

POSITION DUTIES

Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization.

Minimum Required Qualifications –

• AK LMSW
• Masters in Social Work or equal educational degree
• BLS
• 2 years social work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
• Experience using Epic and Midas
