Job summary

TemPositions Group of Companies is seeking a licensed master’s level clinician (LMSW or LCSW) to provide therapy to adults, youth, and families in New York. The role involves handling a diverse caseload with complex needs, including serious mental illness, substance use, and homelessness, while coordinating with community resources.

The clinician will deliver individual, group, or family therapy, document in accordance with OMH standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• LMSW or LCSW licensure required and in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; adolescent or substance use experience a plus.
• Eligible for clinical supervision and hours toward licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions.
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with OMH standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals.
• Participate in clinical supervision (provided if needed).
