Job summary

NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to operate within the Service Access Program Implementation and Stakeholder Support, Regional Field Office (SPSRFO). The role spans multiple divisions, including Service Access, Eligibility, and Quality Management, serving over 130,000 individuals through numerous providers and state offices.

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with current New York State registration.

Responsibilities

• Review CW LCED redeterminations and complete LCEDs in OPWDD systems.
• Upload LCEDs into TABS/Choices/Logs; notify providers of completion.
• Assist CW/DOH with initial OPWDD Eligibility requests and review eligibility packets.
• Maintain CW eligibility logs and serve as CW-Eligibility liaison.
• Monitor LCED expirations; track agency progress and run CW-related reports.
• Lead transfer coordination between OPWDD and DOH/CW; provide guidance and meetings.
