Job summary

V Group Inc. is seeking an LMS Trainer for the Department of Mental Health in Jefferson City, MO.

This hybrid, full-time role delivers training across statewide cycles and collaborates with DMH Training Team, State PM, Solution Vendor, and IV&V to ensure successful outcomes. The trainer will allocate resources during formal delivery, prepare content, track attendance, and coordinate readiness activities while aligning with Agile/Waterfall cycles and 508/WCAG compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years training experience for large enterprise implementations, Medicaid transformation initiatives, or multi site system rollouts.
• Experience with adult learning principles, statewide or large scale training delivery, and training logistics.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with LMS platforms, training development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and project tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and ADO.
• Must ensure all materials comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.
• Experience aligning training to Agile/Waterfall release cycles and UAT preparation preferred.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred.
• Must be 100% dedicated to the ConneXion project.
• Responsible for training readiness coordination, attendance tracking, content review, and reporting.

• During non training periods, trainer resources may be flexibly allocated to related preparatory or support activities such as content refinement, logistics coordination, training material updates, UAT preparation, communication alignment, and readiness activities provided resource availability meets all project needs and the State approves any reassignment.
• Trainer FTEs may be reduced outside of training delivery windows with prior written approval from the State, and full dedication shall resume during designated training periods.
