Job summary

LoanPro is a fintech leader delivering scalable LMS solutions and powerful integrations. We are seeking an Implementation & Escalations Engineer to drive complex workflows, automate processes, and resolve critical escalations across product extensions and connected systems.

You will own advanced troubleshooting, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support, and mentor the Technical Success team while helping shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success.
• Expertise troubleshooting across LMS, Workato, and APIs.
• Ability to manage high-priority escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring and guiding other team members.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve high-priority escalated tickets related to product extensions.
• Develop and implement custom product extensions to meet complex workflows.
• Automate and optimize processes using product extensions and integrated platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and improve the product.
• Mentor Technical Success team members to improve troubleshooting capabilities.
• Work with Product Management to feed back customer pain points into roadmaps.
