Job Summary

FLIK is seeking a skilled and experienced LMS Administrator to join the team on a 15-month contract basis. This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates located on the East Coast to align with project timelines and team collaboration.

The LMS Adminstrator will oversee the daily administration of the LMS, including user account management, course creation, and content uploads.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users, including employees, trainers, and managers, regarding LMS navigation and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective course deployment and content management.
  • Monitor and track the completion of training courses, certifications, and other learning activities.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to course completion rates, learner progress, and other training metrics.
  • Stay up to date with LMS software updates and best practices to improve the learning experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS platform and collaborate with IT teams to resolve problems.
  • Work with the Strategic Projects Department to provide data analysis, metrics and completion rates of career growth, internship, and early career development programs.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • 1-3 years+ proven experience in LMS administration, learning technologies, or a related role.
  • 1-3years+ of Microsoft excel (PivotTables, Data Validation, Charts/Graphs, etc.)
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Relias, Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.).
  • Strong technical skills with experience in system configuration, integration, and user support.
  • Experience with LMS configuration and customization.
