Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a skilled engineer to implement, maintain, and enhance system rules and integrations within an Agile team. You will work on the Radio Online Application (ROL) capabilities, ensure cloud-ready designs, and support CI practices while advancing your technical skills.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering/IT and 3+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on JavaScript, LMR knowledge, and Jira fluorescence for defect tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, IT, or a technical field with 3+ years of technical experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system rules and models using JavaScript to align with guidelines.
• Refine the application and manage defects in an Agile environment using Jira.
• Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing across cloud environments.
• Provide technical support and facilitate training sessions for application users.
